ROY FAMILY

Sometime your family members are your biggest promoters, my brother's neighbors asked him who took all of his nieces pictures and he quickly replied my little sister. Ms. Dana contacted me the next day about getting some Christmas card pictures taken along with Brock's 1 year images. We had a great time capturing this beauties.

CHRIS & MEGAN PLUS THREE

WOW!! I haven't blogged here in what seems to be years. I am still shooting as much as possible being a mom and also having a full time job. 

I am going to blog ALL my sessions here, I have to be honest I have been awful at adding sessions to the blog, facebook {which I no longer have}, website and all the files to client packages. Most of the post I am going to back-date to the original session date.

In November my sister asked if I would take some new family pictures, I didn't pass up getting her family in front of the camera. 

MCREE FAMILY

This fall I auctioned off a family session to help raise money for Julee Turner, Julee’s husband, Matt, was a AR news anchor. He was on his way to his hometown one Saturday night when he ran off the road and hit a concrete post. His car caught on fire and he passed. He left behind Julee & their 10 month old daughter, Preslee. The blog world held a Silent Auction to raise money for a college fund for sweet Preslee.

The McRee family won and I went down to there beautiful property to take their  family pictures.  

LYDIA - HEADSHOTS

This sweet beauties momma asked would I take some head shots for her upcoming pageants. We headed down to a path by the river one afternoon to take some pretties.

VENESSA & GIRLS

Venessa's mother contacted me shortly after moving back to Alabama to get pictures of her daughter and beautiful grand-daughters. Our schedules finally were clear one afternoon and we headed to a family-friends land. The land was gorgeous, tons of horses running free, hay rounds made the perfect backdrop for these images.

KELTIE -- 3 YEARS OLD

I had the honor of taken this gorgeous little red head's birthday picture, I met her and her sweet grandmother at a local splash park to capture a few images to display at her 3rd birthday party.

PEYTON -- 7 MONTHS

How in the world is this possible that Miss Peyton is already 7 months old, I was just at the hospital capturing her birth. 

MITCHELL HOMECOMING

Homecoming are always emotional, but this homecoming had a few extra emotions for me. Heather contacted months and months before her husband was to return home, if I remember correctly I think it was just weeks after he was deployed. We were scheduled to move to Alabama mid-May and so was there homecoming, this ended up being my last homecoming to shoot. I am a military wife, homecoming hold a special place in my heart and what made being a photographer so rewarding.
